Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we aim to process it quickly. If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, changes cannot be made. However, you can return your order for a full refund once it’s received.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow extra time for processing during busy periods like holidays or sales. Your order will typically be processed within 1-3 business days and shipped the next day. Note that we do not ship on weekends.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, orders may take between 2-4 weeks depending on your location.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, we offer a full refund.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
Prices on our site are shown in US Dollars, and are tax-free. However, you may be required to pay import duties, taxes, or other customs fees upon receipt of your order.
